Automotive industry specialist Media & Communication Services (MCS) has been appointed by UD Trucks to provide its Australian media resources.
Effective immediately, MCS Account Manager Mark Walker will handle UD Trucks media information and enquiries, working alongside the company's Marketing & Comms Manager Cris Gillespie.
UD Trucks began as a diesel engines manufacturer in 1935, and since then has grown to become one of Japan’s leading truck brands. It has been owned by the Swedish Volvo Group since 2007.
In February this year the company formerly known as Nissan Diesel changed its name to UD Trucks.
Australia's UD Trucks range includes three base configurations, the MK, PK and GW. The heavy duty GW Series is Japan’s most popular truck, with its operational emphasis on economics, ergonomics and the environment.
MCS is a professional communications agency whose automotive clients include Ford Performance Vehicles (FPV), Suzuki Motorcycles, Lamborghini Australia, Continental Tyres and racing drivers Craig Lowndes, Will Davison and Marcos Ambrose.
